To get you started in the trial there are a few onboarding steps for you to complete, outlined in the video below.

Welcome to the trial. This video provides information for registered participants as they onboard to the trial. Find out how to access your account, next steps and more.

Onboarding Step 1

Explore My Battery Hub
There are many resources available to support your journey. We encourage you to spend some time getting familiar with My Battery Hub.

Onboarding Step 2

Installation of Droplet
To get you connected we need to install a smart measurement device (Droplet) at your home. Our installation partner, GSES, will contact you to arrange an installation time.
Once the Droplet is installed you can see your contribution in real time.

Onboarding Step 3

Setup your account
You will receive an email with instructions to download the app or access the online portal from our smart measurement provider, SwitchDin. You can then activate your account.
Note, you will not see any data until the Droplet is installed.

 

Onboarding Step 4  

The trial commences
Trial commences once your Droplet is installed and connected to your SwitchDin account.

Onboarding Step 5  

Real-time updates
View your energy use, solar generation and credit payments in real-time.

Onboarding Step 6  

Stay connected
Remember to favourite My Battery Hub and keep visiting to see the latest updates, provide your feedback and more.
